Menu Choices

Menus are planned for a four-week rotation and change with the seasons. We invite our residents input on meal planning. Bread, coffee, tea, juices and milk are available at all meals.


Breakfast

  • Choice of chilled fruit juices
  • Fresh fruit
  • Toast with jam
  • Poached eggs
  • Bacon or ham


Lunch

  • Chicken noodle soup
  • Spinach and broccoli quiche or deli sandwich
  • Fresh fruit and home-made cookies or rice pudding



Dinner

Baby spinach tossed with mushrooms, red onions and basil vinaigrette

  • Roast turkey with sage and onion stuffing or liver with bacon and onions
  • Mashed potatoes with gravy
  • Medley of vegetables
  • Apple pie with vanilla ice cream or English trifle
